Kristin Conzet brings a wealth of experience in government relations, strategic planning, and fund development to her role as Executive Director of Western Dakota Regional Water System. A former South Dakota State Representative, she has led major legislative initiatives and secured significant funding for key infrastructure projects. With a strong background in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and advocacy, Kristin is dedicated to ensuring long-term water security for western South Dakota.
